Returns Policy

We appreciate your business and will do everything we can to make sure you are completely satisfied.

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase but should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully re-saleable condition.

Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) and in the original packaging with an original receipt or packing invoice

When we receive the item we will arrange for a replacement or full refund (minus postage and packing) provided the product is in a fully re-saleable condition

Returns Procedure

  • Please email us at customerservice@babyseen.biz and tell us about the reason you are returning the item and whether you would like a refund or a replacement together with details of your order number
  • We will respond within 48 hours with returns instructions
  • Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) and in the original packaging with a copy of our Returns Instructions email
  • Kindly send your package via a prepaid, traceable method as we cannot make refunds on items damaged or lost during transit.
  • When we receive the item we will arrange for a replacement or full refund (minus postage and packaging) provided the product is in a fully re-saleable condition

Refund Procedure

  • The full amount (minus postage and packing) will be credited to the card that was used to make the original purchase
  • If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount
